Honors

Each year, the Idaho Council for Exceptional Children honors Special Educators and Paraprofessionals in our state with the Clarissa Hug Teacher of the Year Award and the Paraeducator Excellent Award. These Teachers and Para-Educators have distinguished themselves in serving children with exceptionalities, and by contributing to advancing knowledge and understanding about people with disabilities in our state. Idaho CEC also honors children and youth with disabilities who excel with the Yes I Can! Award.
